Sri Hermini completed a Bachelor of Economics degree and a Master of Management degree. She joined PT. Slickbar Indonesia in 1996. Today, she is the Director of PT. Slickbar Indonesia. 

She has attended various trainings and seminars, especially in the oil spill field, such as: Regional Marine Pollution Exercise (MARPOLEX) 2000 in Bali, Oil Spill Conference for the Asia-Pacific region (SPILLCON) 2004 in Australia, International Oil Spill Conference (IOSC) 2008 in Savannah, Georgia, etc. 

Her responsibilities include leading the company by issuing company policies, assigning and overseeing the duties of staffs and managers, approving the company’s annual budget as well as submitting company performance reports to shareholders.
